Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

First is Regular shipping it cost 6$ – Takes 20-30 business days for arrival if there are no delays , and have NO Tracking Number.
Second is ECO shipping it cost 10$  – Takes 10-20 business days for arrival if there are no delays , and have Tracking Number.
And Third is Express EMS shipping it cost 29$  – Takes 3-5 business days for arrival if there are no delays , and have Tracking Number.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you’ll see international shipping options.
You should also factor in any import duties, VATs, or other taxes that apply in your country when picking up your package.

When should I expect my package to be arrived?

It’s depends on the shipping method that you choose , If you choose regular shipping it should take 10-30 business days , ECO shipping 10-20 business days and EMS 3-5 business days . 

How can I check the delivery status on my order?

Just visit the shipping carrier for your order and input your tracking number to check delivery status.

Payment Information

Can I pay with PayPal without a PayPal account?

Yes! PayPal account is not needed in order to make payments through PayPal. Although we strongly recommend you sign up in order to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal.
If you still having problem doing that , contact us and we will try to help.

Do I need to pay TAX?

International buyers may be subject to import duties and/or taxes.
These issues are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If a shipment is rejected because of customs charges or refusal to accept delivery, the buyer will be fully responsible for any fee incurred, including international shipment and handling.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

At the bottom of the cart checkout page there will be a section labeled “COUPON CODE”. Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.
Second option is at the checkout page , under the headline “checkout” there will be a section called “CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE” .Enter your code there, and you will see the change made to your order . 

What payments methods are available?

For now we use only PayPal , maybe in the future we will use other payment methods.

Do you have gift cards or coupon code?

We don’t use gift card , If you like you can email us , to purchase a coupon code of a value that you like . take in mind coupon code of that kind can’t be use partly , it must be the full amount.

What are the return and exchange policy?

Each item is handmade to your specific wants and needs (color / size / design). Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs.
So in this cases there is NO RETURNS, and NO EXCHANGES.
If the item is ready but not shipped yet we can’t refund. But ,If the item is not ready yet , we will refund you if you want that.
If something is wrong with the order (ripped/wrong order sent/basically our fault), We will cover ALL shipping costs and send you a replacement.
Be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing/using your item.
